Red Lobster

We came to get something to eat before going to work. Came in and stood waiting for 5 minutes just to be greeted and told someone would be with us. After 10-15 minutes we were seated. They were out of what I originally wanted so I ordered the endless shrimp. It was more than 30 minutes before I got my food. Then I was told I couldn’t get a box to go with the food I was not going to be able to eat what I had left because endless shrimp is like buffet eating and you can’t get a to go box. Maybe because this is a majority ethnic establishment… but I’ve ordered from other red lobster locations and have never had an issue or anyone tell me I can’t get a box to go. I also have never waited more than 30 minutes for my food after placing my order. It was an hour after I was seated that I received my food. I know people exaggerate… I’m not I literally started texting when we sat down to monitor the time. Doubt if I’ll return to this particular location in the future.

I ordered delivery and everything I ordered was missing something or was wrong. The appearance of my appetizer was awful. Looked thrown together, old, and tasted awful/refried. Missing 3 different sauces, and the Edit requests were ignored.

I was impressed. The presentation during a $20 all you can eat was top notch. I also saw 3 active managers on duty. I was sat with no wait and my server was everything! Kid-friendliness: There’s a kids menu with options outside of seafood.
