Logan's Roadhouse

*UPDATE* Mark (manager) immediately called me & made this right! I truly appreciate his honest concern for the situation & customer service in handling this... This truly meant a lot! Thank You Sir!! Before I start, let me say; I really really wanted to like this Logan’s. The waiter was a very nice young man. Now let’s talk about the food… We ordered the Fried Mushrooms; we sent them back. They were so oily & soggy (as if they were fried in warm grease vs hot). My wife ordered the Surf & Turf; the crab cakes were the same texture of the mushrooms, very oily & soggy. Her shrimp were extremely over cooked & rubbery. The rolls were good & hot. I ordered the 12oz sirloin Medium well, it was cooked Well Done. No pink whatsoever (I’ll post pics) and my baked potato was not done. I was extremely disappointed. And to top it off the waiter automatically upgraded my wife to a 8oz steak without asking & charged us an additional $8! He did correct the ticket, but I did not like that whatsoever! Yo

This was my first experience at Logan's, for starters the atmosphere was a nice vibe very spacious with TV's, they also have a bar area, service was good. Food was fresh I had the salmon with shrimp meal I believe the salmon is an 8oz. I would definitely go back because it's a lot of items I would like to try on the menu

Our meals was very tasteful. Ground Chuck and Beer batter fish. Was large and tasty. Laken did awesome job. Courteous and friendly and dedicated.
