Trails Edge Brewing Very very cool place to visit and to have fun time with friends and Family ,food is very savory ,they brew their own beers ,the service was quick,the atmosphere and ambient very enjoyable. Our server Briana was fantastic , very sweet , always answering our questions with a big smile . We have for dinner a sider bourbon plank Salmon with veggies , steak with a dilicious butter seasoned with herb on top, my steak was perfectly medium cook , (if you like sweet Patatoes)also came with an order of sweet Patatoes frenchfried covered with sugar and cinnamon OMG SO DELICIOUS taste like churro so good with side of marshmallow deep very interesting flavor BUT DELICIOUS. They have a lots of choice of type of Drinks. A curious tip : The tap tables are made from Industrial cart coffee Tables interesting for a bar.

Had a great experience. This is my second time here but first time having a meal. Cheese fries with pulled pork was delicious. Had a chicken sandwich that hit the spot. Beautiful decor, good food, great drinks and brews, outdoor eating, love this place! The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of inconsistent food quality. There are days you can go here and get a great dish and other times that same dish will taste completely different. This has happened on numerous occasions and not just to myself. There must be several different cooks doing things their own way rather than sticking to the recipe. So when we come here, we have no idea whether we’re going to get the “good version” of the dish we chose. Otherwise everything else is very very good here! We live in town so we ride our bikes here and eat outside in the summer. We also meet friends and family here regularly.
