T&P Tavern

A friend of mine lives at these condos, and because of this I've had many drinks and meals. It's not obvious so just walk around the corner past the sign and make a right. You'll see the outdoor seating. Then go inside ????The interior decorating is unique. They have great drink specials during the week (maybe even on weekends). I've had cocktails and beer, most served by Johnny G. I've also had the chips and salsa, the tacos, and spinach artichoke dip (so good!). I even went there for Oktoberfest. The only drawback is that parking seems to be limited on the street and it's not cost effective to pay the daily parking fee for maybe a one hour gathering. You could always walk across the street to the water gardens and make the most of it. It's still a great place!

I always enjoy coming here each time I come to Fort Worth I stop by and have a beer.

Awesome bar that’s worth the stop!! We moved the party after a wedding to T&P with a good amount of guest, and Liz (bartender) crushed it!! She took care of all the guests single handedly while we kept the party going. The outside covered patio was super nice as well! Check it out if you get the chance!!
