Not the best steakhouse I've been to, but not bad. The service was impeccable and the cocktails and drinks were delightful. The Filet mignon was not cooked to proper temp and the lobster tail addition was undercooked. The tuna tartare was delicious!
My favorite steakhouse in Dallas, and that's saying a lot! My wife and I typically split a porterhouse and so have some left to take home . All of the sides are wonderful too. Definitely recommend the creamed corn and bacon macaroni and cheese. The spinach is also very good and the garlic mashed potatoes hit the spot all with the giant signature carrot. Just love it! The downtown Fort Worth location is the best.
So not a bad place, food was good, staff were nice, but I feel for what you pay it should have been more memorable. Staff were kind when I interacted with them, but even though I sat at the bar there wasn't much interaction. The food was good, but for what I paid, I was hoping it would be amazing or memorable. The drinks I had were really good! A bacon drink and probably the best riesling I've ever had. However, the scallops were ok, bacon kind of over powered them a little, and the wagyu tomahawk, although memorable for its size, was just good, not fantastic or great. So, not a bad place to go for a nice date, business get together, or family celebration, but not the grand culinary experience I was hoping for after paying a quarter of a grand.
