Food was great! The gentleman at the counter pulled on my heart strings! A lady walked in and ordered her food and had her little baby with her. I watched as the gentleman got her food ready, helped her get her drinks, and carried her stuff out to her car for her. It melted my heart to see such a caring soul doing something he didn’t have to do. Great example of how customer service should be! Job well done!
The experience was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food is good but kinda expensive. The dessert sandwiches are tempting but to get but doctor says I need to lose weight ????????. So i will be going back on cheat day????????????. Only problem I had is Penn Ave is so busy and makes it hard to get to. But once your there its worth it. Thanks to staff for being so nice!!
This was our first time dining at Tom & Chee. We heard they had gluten-free options and were knowledgeable about allergies. Our daughter has Celiac disease, which makes dining out difficult. They happily explained the menu and accommodated our needs so our daughter could eat safely. The service was great and so was the food. Relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Can't recommend enough!
