Okkkkk… Now I’ve been ordering from PFChang for some years even when I lived in Wahiawa Hawaii. And I never thought it would come to me posting Negativity but today is it… I thought that the recent price changes would Not affect the portion amount of food but really… $21 for this GF Singapore Street Noodles… I’m ashamed to even recommend this establishment to anyone now… did the cook get the memo that the price changed… so cut the entree in half.??? But dress it up with green onions to cover the empty space and top it off with chopped fried onions to make it look a lil pretty… ??? my total bill plus shrimp fried rice was $38.65 this doesn’t figure in the tip I gave just for Take Out Order. $41+…… This is ACTUALLY my LAST TIME. Eating from this establishment whether it’s Near or Far. The Star goes to the server who took the order she was very nice.

I have always loved PF Changs. The last time I ordered, the portion of orange chicken was so small, I swore it was my last time to order. Today I caved and ordered. I ordered a cup of egg drop soup. At the restaurant, they served it with the crispy won ton strips, but Door Dash…nope! Apparently it’s by request. The pork egg roll was good. The sweet and sour chicken, which is $15….5 bites of chicken, tops. Most was just coating. It came in a to go container the size you ask for when you just have like, a roll or part of a dessert to get home. With a modest tip to the dasher, it was almost $36!! I called the restaurant and mentioned how small the portion was…he did not give one f—k. No offer to have anything done over, no apology really… Buh BYE, Changs.

I came here from out of town expecting a certain level of quality/service. The service was terrible because it was staffed way below acceptance. The place was dirty from the moment you opened the door the glass doors were dirty, bathroom was dirty, and in general it seemed like this place needs some training from the corporate office. We had to return the food because it was cold and rice had been microwaved. Would never return here! Something is really wrong with this place.
