Whataburger

We went through the drive-thru. I ordered two jalapeno biscuits, a sausage breakfast bowl, and three large drinks. After they made us wait eleven minutes for our drinks, they gave us a receipt from yesterday morning and then made us pull forward so "our food could be made fresh". We wait another five minutes to receive our food only for my breakfast bowl to have part of a biscuit in it with all of my hashbrowns both in the bowl and on the side to be room-temperature at best and old. They didn't seem to understand why we were upset at the wait for the food or the drinks and, frankly, failed every step of the way. As a cook at another restaurant, I could have made this order start-to-finish four times over by the time we got it and it'd still be hot and fresh. Would not recommend.

I was asked what my order would be. I placed it then immediately after the employee said what was that, so I spoke up then she cut me off and said not that the last part. Then I respond she yelled back into the microphone. When I had said thank you she got even louder with an attitude. I pulled up to the second window handed the young man my card and asked to speak with a manager. He proceeds to call over the manager Dixie. When I stated the lady taking my order was rude she immediately responded with no she was not and I was listening to the conversation she is learning. Now I understand learning something new can be difficult, but for a manager to let her continue to be rude to a customer then tell the customers their views on the interaction is wrong does not seem like a manager who should be training or even be a manager. At this point I asked for my card back because I didn’t want to argue with her, as I knew that wouldn’t have made the situation any better. I was replied with you

This whataburger really has went DOWN HILL!! Not just any order here and there EVERYTIME I’ve order over these past 3 months they don’t know how to read anything right to make a burger or even the right size of fries. The food yes is still made fresh but the quality of the taste is not there no more. The girl at the window had an attitude. And I don’t know if they gave me a coke instead of dr.pepper or if the dr. Pepper syrup needs to be changed. All in all my WHOLE MEAL was displeasing, customer service was ehh, and they don’t have the car in front of you if the wait time is longer the 5-10 mins pull the front car forward especially if the car ordered w enough food to fit in a kids meal bag but, instead I had to wait to for the cars food in front to get down when obviously my order BEEN SITTING, by how cold my fries were. and Ik how whataburger is supposed to work I’ve worked there 2 1/2 years. Highly doubt y’all changed that much. DO BETTER ESPECIALLY FOR HOW HIGH YALL ARE !! Wasted
