Tim Hortons

Terrible customer service. They didn't give me my entire order. The drive through was wrapped around the building. Entrances to the building were closed, they didn't answer my calls. I walked up to the drive through window and asked for the rest of my order that I already paid for, and they told me to go back at the end of the line. I told them no, since it's atleast a 20 minute wait and I already paid. They finally gave me my coffee and yelled at me "That I need to have a blessed day" . This is why I only get coffee a few times per year vs daily like I did in the past.

Coffee was great but only 1 star for the customer service. This was our first time at Tim Hortons. I NEVER had a problem at Starbucks before. We asked them if we could get warm milk in a small cup for baby and we got cold milk in iced coffee cup. When we requested Barista for warm milk(she seemed like senior/trainer), she rudely said “I’m not responsible if the cup melts with warm milk”. If she had a little common sense, she could have gave us warm milk in a cup (that we use for hot coffee). We paid and requested warm milk for baby before ordering. The rep at the counter tried to help us but she couldn’t because of Barista’s attitude. I feel sorry for the rep that took our order.

One of the worst experiences i've had in a long time. They screwed up my order, then started arguing with me when i had to go back through to get the items they didn't give me that I was charged for. I'd recommend going hungry over giving this joke of a store your money.
