The atmosphere is nice and the food is pretty good but there is very little meat on these sandwiches. A bit overpriced for what you get.
Music playing was pretty loud and the food prep employee could not hear what I was saying. Had to raise my voice a few notches for him to hear.
I love Potbelly locations, I had great food always. Today I used doordash delivery services and my sandwich was like a joke, probably one spoon of chicken salad, a burned and wet bread, lots of lettuce. Very different of what I expect in a chicken salad sandwich, it supposed to be a skinny, but definitely this was skinnier of what I expected. Very dissatisfied with this location and the lack of care of the person who prepared my chicken sandwich today. Hoping they race the standards of workers or management.
