For the 3rd time the staff did not give me my bank card back after charging me. Now, 4 hours from home, I have no bank card. I called and verified it’s there and the manager said she’d have a talk with her crew because there’s been a few other calls from others. Unreal. I don’t know why I go anymore.
This is my go to Tim's.....always fast and friendly...Glenda at the counter is an absolute gem.
We come here everyday but there seems to issues with opening the drive through at 430 when the manager is not here. You should stay on the same page with all employees. Not when they want to open. Yes I would very much like a response to this please. Thank you
