Panera Bread

The past 2 orders I never received a photo or confirmation that the item was delivered. I ordered for my dad the other day and he did not see the food and the mailman had to ring the bell to give it to him. I am not certain if the mailman found them on the chair on the front porch or on the stairs which is why he had to ring the doorbell. My father is 101 years old he has a hard time getting around the last thing I need him to do is to go off the porch onto the stairs. Again I don’t know where it was left because I never received a photo.

If you want a nice breakfast and a real good lunch, panera bread is the place to go. Wheelchair accesible and kid friendly.

So a little while ago I had an issue with my panera app not accepting my gift card and I had gone into the store and they worked everything out fine but had told me if this happens again, to call prior to coming in. A few weeks later, the same issue happened and I called the restaurant before going in. When I called, the manger Jessica was BEYOND rude to me and literally said “i don’t know what you expect me to do” in the nastiest tone. I explained to her that I was advised to call the restaurant before going in and she just kept repeating the same phrase rudely while constantly interrupting me to talk to other people. Horrible customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars.
