Excellent food. Mayfield Road and this area becomes very busy. There should be more people on staff, so order time for food and drinks are quicker. Fortunately, the bartender was good at her job, and this alleviated the wait time for our groups orders. Another focal point was the Top shelf booze. Nice selection. The quality of the food was above average. This place has some class, so it is not your 'average watering-hole.'
Stopped in as it's the closest bar to my hotel. Had the wonderful pleasure of having Maggie as my bartender and meeting the owner. For being a ways away from home, I was absolutely treated like family at the bar. Highly recommend to anyone in or visiting the area.
Visit from KY we were given a referral to go to the Tavern by a Giant Eagle employee. Found the Tavern to be a nice friendly place and pretty busy for 730 pm. The drinks and food were good.
