I really enjoy the menu selections but the service is quickly declining. My husband and I went to the Mayfield location yesterday and there were 2 bagel selections available out of 13. One of the workers stated "what you see is what you get and if you want a different type of bagel you will have to wait 40 minutes". It was 9:30 in the morning!! If that would have been a response that I or a coworker would have given, we would have to look for other employment!! What's happening to our customer service??
Bagels are fresh and they have several sandwich combinations!
I have missed these. Used to work here years ago and there are still as good now as back then A little pricey but well worth it. I really hope they bring back their full menu soon. Loved the Chicken fajita sandwich and I absolutely love the Herby Turkey. Glad I live close I will be Here a ton..
