Great little pizza shop, wasn't anything too special but great tasting pizza nonetheless, will be returning next time I'm in Cleveland!
I placed a phone order and was informed the order would be ready for pick-up 25 minutes later. I got there with about 5 minutes for the order to be ready. I paid, & sat down and waited. About 10 minutes later, I got up to ask about my order, and turns out the lady whom I had paid about 10 minutes prior, was actually making the pizza at that time! When I asked why the long wait, especially when not even busy, she just mumbled words from the back where she was standing after putting the pizza in the oven. I had to wait about another 20 minutes until I got the pizza. There was nothing else said, not even an apology! I love Marco's Pizza, but I'll never order from this location ever again! They DO NOT CARE about their customers!
