The Station at Person Street

Yummy food, tasty drinks, good atmosphere. Occasionally hard to get service but there are lots of people and few staff sometimes so understandable. The Station burger is always good, never been disappointed. All of the mules are great, my personal favorite being the Durham mule with blueberries. I love this place, and my friends and I are regulars. If you sit outside during hotter months, you are basically downtown so be prepared for company in the form of our least favorite bugs. No fault of the restaurant's, it's unavoidable. Otherwise great reliable choice for brews and food with a group.

I had a great experience at this place. The it be catfish sandwich was very good. I enjoyed it. They fried the catfish very nicely. It had a nice crisp crunch to it. I enjoy the wedges as well. The macaroni and cheese was OK. A lot seasoning and also they could use a bit more cheese in it for flavoring.. The bartender made me a side car which was the best side car that I've had in North Carolina. I have to say that North Carolina in my experience has not made a very good side card but he hit the nail with the hammer. This is a pretty cool place.

Had lunch on the covered patio after St. Patrick's Day parade. Enjoyed Shrimp Po Boy with Mac n Cheese, and Catfish Sandwich with delightul salad. Food was perfectly cooked with good flavor, and generous portions, service was pleasant and helpful, and atmosphere was perfect for a spring day! Definitely can recommend.
