Can’t say enough good about the place. Took my parents and aunt out for an early dinner, and this is definitely one of the few places in Raleigh not suffering from “Covid fog”. Despite having that annoying QR system, they were more than willing to take out orders analog and even provide paper menus. The service was friendly, fast, and competent. The food was really really good! I had the fried chicken sandwich, and the meat was just chicken. Not a processed patty. None of the sauces were sweet, which was really a nice change from the many places in Raleigh that think you should add sugar to everything. The wine list is excellent for a brewery also (not a beer-lover here). Some may gripe about the prices, but you get what you pay for. I thought they reflected the quality correctly. It is clear that adults are in the room at Standard. Will definitely go back!

Good food and service. Great ambient. This place got all the cool vibes. I wish we can talk with a person instead of scanning QR code for ordering food. I know technology is changing but you missing out a cool vibe a person brings into a table when they take your order. And you know, you want to tip a person instead of machine. Just my perspective.
