The Post Sports Bar & Grill - Lake St. Louis

I was greeted by a friendly hostess upon entering and was seated. Our waitress approached us immediately and was very sweet and took our drink order promptly then our food order once we figured out what to get because there were so many choices! I tried a cheese steak (with no bun/low carb) with brussel sprouts and my daughter got the farm burger. The food came quickly and it was hot and had great presentation. Tasted great! I was pleasantly surprised with the taste and quality of the food. Top notch. We will definitely be back!! So glad to have The Post in St Charles County!!!

The hostess and our waitress were very sweet and kind. Loved the atmosphere. Good vibe for new sports bar in Lake St. Louis. Loved the teared drink options during happy hour, That is fun! However, we tried the nachos, wings and the gyro. To be honest the food was mediocre, pricey and the french fries were rare. Nachos seemed to have a dried up hamburger pulled apart for the topping. We will give it another try down the road when the kinks are worked out.

Start off by saying it’s a very clean and friendly bar. Lots of room and kind waitresses. But for how empty it was around 2pm, it was just incredible slow. We had no drinks, one appetizer and an entree each, and were there for over an hour. The toasted raviolis were a little freezer dried in taste. I can’t complain about the cheesesteak, it was very good, and it was on happy hour. My friends chicken club sandwich was anything but appealing tho, the bacon was desecrated it was so overdone, and the chicken was over cooked to the point of it couldn’t even be bit. He didn’t want to say anything as he had a bad day. Wish he did though. It seems like they may be understaffed, which I understand. Will possibly try again in a few months.
