McDonald's

Stood at the counter for ten mins or more and nobody ever acknowledged my existence so I had to use the kiosk. Took almost 20 mins to get my food. Then I went to their bathroom and dear god, I’ve never seen a bathroom more disgusting. This place needs tons of help!!

I realize everyone is cutting cost where you can. Last week my McRib was plain. Could smell the sauce but that was it. Today Dr Pepper had just enough syrup for color and receipt was out of ink so you can’t see web site number or store number

I order from this McDonald’s on September 2. I ordered 10 chicken nuggets and a Dr. Pepper. I received my chicken nuggets quickly however, I did not get my soda and when I asked about it the worker told me she would bring it right out. She did not. I waited for 7 more minutes for it. Once I realized she wasn’t brining it to me I went inside and asked about it. She once again said she would get it. But instead she went back to cleaning. The manager finally gave me my soda. They were both extremely rude to me.
