Been going for many years. Has been great most of the time. Went the other night and our pizza came out missing a topping(pepperoni) so they took the pizza back and set a few pepperoni on top of the other toppings and waved the pizza through the oven and brought back out. At this point the pizza is just medium warm and the other plates at the table are just better than warm for our pasta(we all want to eat at the same time, so we wait for everyone to have their food). Was a disappointing visit.
The service was good and the atmosphere was normal, but the food has gone down hill. I've been going since they first opened and the quality in the last year or so has dropped low enough that I haven't enjoyed most things I've ordered in the past few months of visits. The staff has been quick to remedy the situation but it just isn't worth going to me and my friends anymore.
We were going there weekly for years then, their manager gave me the worst possible experience from a business to date! My order was wrong so, I told my waitress. Apparently, she went to the back crying (honestly, after meeting the manager and seeing his people skills, it may have been him and not my food being wrong that made her cry.) nothing was ever said… months later I couldn’t get my rewards to work and when I asked about it the (our normal waitress) was like “Oh yeah, I feel really Bad about this but, they been taking you out” I was like “excuse me? I’m confused” the manager then came out and to my face, with 6 people at my table, (after spending nearly $200 that night alone) said they have “removed me over and over on purpose” because, I made her cry and offended others… I have NEVER EVER seen anything quite like this in a business! When I asked who I offended he couldn’t give me details… because it just isn’t true. I sure hope the owner is aware of how his business is being
