08/23/2021 (Online order) The second day they gave me a wrong sandwich. There was a lady manager she was saying currently they don’t have the product that I requested therefore the replaced it (without asking). I really disappointed on their customer service. 07.22.2022 I tried several times in last few weeks. I did't have any issues this time. Now they have everything I need and good customer service.
salad. Took my 5 star rating away. I can't believe how rude and lazy these ladies were. I order salads and they didn't bother to cut up any of the veggies let alone mix the salad. Everything was separated in little piles. VERY UNSATISFIED!
Their app ordered from the wrong store and when I called to attempt to correct the issue they refused to answer any of the phone calls. Just rings through. Poor customer service. 0/5 stars.
