I got the Belle Isle Bellydancer and it was great! Both the bar and drink were very Instagramable.
The food is great. The service was awful. I had an 11am brunch reservation for 2. We waited until 11:05 at the hostess stand before anyone at all appeared to greet or seat us. At 11:20, the waitress finally came to ask us if we'd like to start with any drinks. 15 minutes is a long time to stare at a menu simply for drinks. We ordered everything at that time. At 11:50 we finally got our food (french toast, side of sausage links, burger+fries). I can understand if you're short staffed.. but take the time to explain upfront and people will be much less antsy. It's really that simple. Acknowledge people have been waiting.. that's it. The food is great, but service was simply not. I doubt I go back.
Brunch was amazing! The basil pesto with the eggs was unexpected but delicious. The potatoes were perfectly crispy. Even the toast was amazing!
