In one word - WOW!!! I ordered the the Chicken Momo and Chicken fried rice and it was delicious ????. Very good Nepali food.
Definitely a must visit. Their Momo's are really good. You get vegetarian momo as well. Their menu is limited - momos, chow mein and fried rice available both in non veg and veg options. Everything was tasty. My favorite was their traditional steamed momo. You have a small tent with a few chairs to sit and eat. Unlike some of the street foods in NYC, the food here was hygienic.
Tried Chicken Kothey Momo & Chili Chicken with Rice. Chicken Momo is too delicious & sauces it comes with are extraordinary. Chili Chicken was good too (forgot to take pictures). Next San Jose visit I’ll be back at that food truck for sure
