VERY authentic pho. Similar to what you would get in Vietnam. The broth is not overly spiced with cinnamon or star anise like most pho places in the US. I mean there are people who like that flavor, and that's perfectly fine. If you want something different try this place. Also they make their own chili sauce in house. It's not your store bought Sriracha. It has a nice kick to it, super good.
Nice people working there and the food is tasty. Today for an unknown reason they didn't have beans sprouts and that was bit disappointing because I like the fresh crunchy touch that they add to the pho soup. I lived in Hanoi for 12 years. This is the best phở that I have had in the USA! It is delicious and the portions are large. I love that they have fresh noodles as well. The staff are very friendly. Also, try their homemade chili sauce, it is delicious!!
