My best friend and I were super excited to try this Irish pub while in D.C. for a concert. Unfortunately, the experience was lacking. We were greeted by the host upon arrival. He was very personable and made us feel welcomed. Unfortunately, our server Jay B was not. He wasn't personable, seemed rather aggravated we were there and rarely checked in on us. We ended up having to ask the manager for our check because we couldn't find our server after waiting for 20 mins. I will note that the manager was nice. The food runners were also very "blah" with their job and placed food on our table abruptly and without speaking or having regard for the customers. The pretzel appetizer and the Salmon Pastrami were delicious. The chicken potpie was good but lacked flavor. I don't recommend this restaurant. They need to work on the customer service.
Great local choice. Fabulous service and really great food. When in an Irish spot, must have the fish and chips. Seasoned fries- yum. Sooo good, highly recommend. Pretzel stix appetizer delish. Nice kids options too ???? ???? ????
Had a nice dinner here before catching a train at Union. Service was quick and friendly, food was great and the portions were large. Overall a great experience.
