The Cheesecake Factory

We didn't have a good experience. We sat at the bar and were harrased by knats the whole time. I found three in my drink, one on my silverware eating my food and one on my bread plate. The bartender replaced the drink but seemed annoyed like it was a constant issue. The bar is dusty and dirty and really needs to be cleaned up (see pictures). The food isn't the quality that I have come to expect from Cheesecake Factory. I question the food prep areas and kitchen with all of the bugs and dirt. I hope they get their act together this used to be a good place. Thanks for reading.

I came here to celebrate a birthday, and the overall experience was very nice. The service was wonderful, but the food did take a bit to come out, as did the cheesecake. The food here has always been hit or miss, and this time around I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and I enjoyed it. I also love their selection of drinks, and ordered the J.W. pink lemonade which I thoroughly enjoyed! The atmosphere here is wonderful and is a great place to bring family for a little get together. The cheesecake is very good, and my favorite is the celebration cheesecake flavor. They were very accommodating of our large party, as well as the one baby we had with us. Our server was lovely and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, it was a fun place to celebrate a birthday!

Wow, wow, wow! My wife and I love this location! And our server Liz, she was just the nicest person! She took such great care of us and all of our food requests! And service with a smile, which goes a long way these days, let me tell you! The Salmon was fresh, vibrant, and visually appealing along with the apps. And the cheesecake? Absolutely spectacular!!!!!! LOVE CHEESECAKE FACTORY!
