This experience was truly out of this world- my man chose well for our dinner date on Valentine's Day! The waitstaff are very courteous and polite. Didn't take long for us to wait for our table. Tip: we strongly recommend you place a reservation ahead of time, especially if you choose such a day to eat dinner ????️. We were served by Kimberly for a short time, who was very understanding of my man and I not too fond of beer or wine, since we prefer soda lol. So to any future customers who aren't fond of alcohol, no worries, they got you covered ????. Then we were served by Maria, who was very observant and lovely- she helped us feel like we were her niños, calling us corazón ❤️. The wagyu burgers were AMAZING! They literally melt in your mouth so quickly, the fries are salty, but not to the point of drying out your mouth, which is awesome! My wife and I stopped in on Thursday June 2nd for a quick (7:45pm) dinner. This was our second visit to this location and this time we sat in the bar due to the immediate open seating that was available. Great casual atmosphere and tasty Bar Plates. The Grilled Sonoran Swordfish Taco was our favorite. The Brig Classic Calamari Strips are served with a yummy Jalapeño white sauce that is definitely a “must try”. We will swing in again the next time we visit the Escondido area. Maybe next time we will linger a bit longer and enjoy something from the libation menu as well.
Very nice restaurant. Well designed and appointed. We had a group of 12. Our server was wonderful. She cared about our satisfaction. A couple of meals were brought out cold. She immediately took the cold food back and brought out fresh hot food. Overall a great experience.
