Decided to give this place a shot with my son for the first time. Needless to say it will be the last. The eggrolls and pot stickers were burned beyond crispy and the food was subpar. If you want excellent food, Tokyo joes is near by and you wont be disappointed there and will spend less
This place cannot get an order right. Each time there is something missing. Once we were actually served half cooked rice. Sure, we always are offered a refund "to make it right", but I'm d much rather have my order be correct, than comped.
So I came here for lunch at 1:12pm on a Thursday. This place wasn’t that busy I walked right up to the counter. Before I could even order the guy told me that he’s running on 15-20 minutes wait?!? But, this is a fast casual not a sit down… the bowls are like $15 dollars a meal is nearly $20 and you can’t scoop chicken, rice and some vegetables quicker than I can be seated and served at a steak house? Look I get staffing is a challenge but that’s just a poor concept, or a poor process from the franchise
