Red Lobster

Attempted to have dinner here tonight and the hostess led us to the bar. I told her we don't want to sit in the bar. We eat here often and the bartenders are quite busy and we end up having to wait a long time to place our order, request refills, etc. She said it's the bartender's turn and sat us right outside the bar, still in the bartender's section. After waiting awhile and not even seeing the bartender while others who came in after us were already being helped, we left and went to Longhorn. We are regular customers and many of the employees know us. I was very surprised and disappointed to be treated that way and do not wish to return and cross my fingers that it isn't the bartender's turn when we walk in.

Went here for my birthday it was amazing! The waiter was super nice and came to our table often we went on a Tuesday night so it wasn't busy the food was perfect they also gave me a massive cup of ice cream for my birthday free that wasn't on my bill which was wonderful I had the best time

Tbh chains give me actual anxiety. I feel like it's really hard to get a good meal and get good service and feel like you can trust a corporation lately. I really prefer smaller businesses. But I was looking for somewhere to get crab and I feel like a lot of places don't even have it on the menu probably due to overfishing and climate change sadly. Maybe this isn't crab season I don't know. I was having a craving though so after looking around I decided to give Red Lobster a try. I always go out of my way to look for the better franchise as well. This one seem to have good reviews and it wasn't *too* far so we gave it a whirl. I'm glad we did because the crab was excellent and the service was as well and they have those little pads but maybe they heard me complaining as I was being seated and they didn't make me use the stupid thing haha. Or maybe it was just a considerate server when you're spending that much money maybe he feels the same way I do that I shouldn't have to use that gro
