Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh

We ordered dinner from this restaurant via the website on July 31. When we arrived home with the order we found the falafel plate had no falafel, the chicken plate had half sized portions compared to the falafel plate, both plates were cold, and the pita bread was hard and cold. We called the store to let them know and see if they could do anything to make it right. I spoke to the manager who advised she would need to text her manager to see if they could provide a refund for the falafel plate or offer some other type of compensation. The manager took my number and I was under the impression she would call back. However, it has now been 4 days and I never received any communication, nor did I receive a refund to my credit card. The food was disappointing, but the very poor customer service was even worse. We will not be back.

Who owns this franchise? This store is so poorly run. Tonight there were three teens and zero supervision. The prep area was filthy, only one person was filling orders. The guy at the grill was picking a scab on his arm while cooking food. Half our order was wrong. If you care about your business you need to be present

Bad falafels that are dry. Craft sodas taste like bad sparkling Kool aid. The service is a 4 star but the food is not good.
