Pleasant experience. We sat outside in the evening with an automated heater going which provided just the right amount of heat. I ordered salmon and it was cooked just perfectly (melt-in-your-mouth kind). Also ordered the 2 chicken dish. The chicken was a bit too salty for my liking but othwrwise cooked very well. My husband enjoyed that dish just fine. We ordered cheesecake for dessert. That is a must have! It was covered with caramel coating and shaped like flan would be. It was so delicately made I thought it may as well be flan with a a cheesecake twist. Delicious! Servers were very nice and even made us a great mocktail as we don't drink. They were prompt about removing empty plates and replacing utensils. This place takes reservations and it wasn't as crowded I think because of that. They maintained safety precautions.

Tarbell's is truly a fine dining experience with stellar service and impeccable food. We were there for an anniversary, and arrived to find our reserved table strewn with rose petals. The lights were low and moody, the background music pleasant. The food was perfection. For our start we ordered the house-made burrata, which at this time included a mixed berry and chia seed jam with a bold balsamic reduction. The cheese was firm on the outside and beautifully gushy in the middle. We also received a rock shrimp tempura that had a delicate crispiness from rice flour; honestly, one of the best shrimp dishes I've had in my life. For a start drink, I ordered the Elixir 6, which was a unique, complex cocktail that included beautiful adornments. My husband had a local beer that he greatly enjoyed. I asked our server for a recommendation for a white wine to go with the salmon and he pointed me toward Cliff Lede, a Sauvignon Blanc, which turned out to be an excellent choice. This restaurant probably doesn't need a positive review given its following and history but there are a few things I want to highlight. First, dining at Tarbell's is a luxury experience. The menu is filled with a variety of entrees and other dishes that cover a wide range of tastes. The service is impeccable with people teaming to ensure your every need is met. One of the most unique features is their willingness to split entrees if you are torn between two dishes. In my case, I had the chicken and seared halibut which you can see in the photo I posted. It's a wonderful way to extend your experience without adding cost. If you drink alcoholic beverages then be prepared to see your bill rise considerably. Mixed drinks and wine come at a premium price. That is pretty typical for fine dining. The one dish I cannot recommend is the corn ribs appetizer. Ours lacked flavor and substance although it was interesting to look at. Really more of a novelty dish. I loo
