Taqueria La Hacienda

Went on a bike ride from encanto park just for tacos here. It was busy but the service was pretty fast and the tacos were good. I got lengua, carne asada and carnitas. They have sodas in a bottle, lots or flavors plus Arizona ice tea in cans. Definitely going back for more.

We drove all the way here from Surprise, just to try out their food. It's a food truck vendor in a parking lot. It's a little further back in the parking lot that my Hub's did not see while driving on Buckeye Road. There was brick seating enclosing the seating area with plenty of tables, chairs and benches with two portable heaters for those chilly evenings. We ordered green chile burritos, a bean and cheese burrito, and a lengua, tripa, pastor and carnitas taco. They were pretty good sized, and all very good, and worth the drive out here. The green chile wasn't hot, which is fine with us. The green, and red salsas were not spicy at all, which we thought would be, as is the norm for most Mexican food trucks. They were both perfect, but could use a lil spiciness. The female that was at the window was very nice, as was the other female that gave us our burrito 'to go.' It is 'cash only,' so make sure you have cash on hand prior to your visit here.

DELICIOUS!! Seems to be next nothing but a laundromat but I would walk from downtown Phoenix again, if I ever visit again, to try some more of their menu.
