UPDATE 3/22/23: Bumped up to two stars because the Manager (Luis) called to express his apologies and action plan to look into the issues I encountered. Not a good experience to satisfy late night hunger cravings. Received incorrect order, only cash at night, poorly lit at night. Leadership needs to step up here (not workers faults).
22 tacos were ordered and maybe MAYBE 10 of them were complete.Some burnt, others was just lettuce other half taco. The new kid at the window was asked for a price on the fries and said he didnt know, but never offered to check it out. Been living in the neighborhood for over 25 years and Jack in the Box only gets worse...
Soo at this location err night , this curly hair chucky mexican male that work late nights, with ???? on his face . intentionally moves slow it took 30 minutes to pick up somebody else order for uber eats, this happens every night in the am hours!!! FIRED NEED TO BE REPLACED AND SOME ONE RE HIRED VERY POOR COSTUMER Service .. PUT ON A SMILE MAKES SOME FRIES AND MOVE IN TIME HE NOT DOING THAT!!!???? GETS NO STARS THUMBS ????
