We visited this taqueria last week. The service is fast and the attention is good. We ordered: Taco Plate with a toreado 5/5 ???? I ordered some sopes 5/5 ???? I ordered a horchata 1/5 ???? It was too sweet I couldn't drink it. However, I do recommend this place. I just hope they pay more attention to the sugar levels in their drinks.
Would give 0 stars if possible. The service was terrible, it took forever to get someone to take my order and to receive the food. The employees were just sitting around as my order was ready but never brought to me. Mainly because my order was marked as to go even though it was clearly understood that I was dining in. Also, part of my order was missing. I ordered 2 pastor tacos and 1 carnitas, they were super tiny to be nearly $3 each. The pastor meat was soaked in oil, I had to use a napkin to soak some of it up prior to eating it. The agua de jamaica was overly sweet. I wouldn’t not recommend this restaurant, there’s several other taquerias in the area with better customer service and food.
The team at comida connoisseur decided to try this place out since we were craving good tacos in McKinney (first red flag). We stopped by this little hole in the wall place because that's the best food right? Today we were wrong. First we arrived and we're told to sit wherever. We chose a nice booth. However no one gave us menus. After about 10 minutes we got a menu. Okay. We order our tacos (pastor, barbacoa, and carnitas). What we received was small skimpy tacos. I literally took one tiny piece of one barbacoa taco and it literally looked like i was about to tortilla. To add salt to the wound, there was little to no cilantro and cebolla on the tacos. We look to give good reviews and can be flexible but if you are going to charge the customer $2 / taco, make it a $2 taco. What we received was a $1 taco with little to no meat, little toppings and a half full stomach. One of us got 4 tacos, the other 3 tacos. both left still hungry and angry that we had to pay for that! Literally felt d
