Looking for a new breakfast taco spot in Leander and I’ve think I found it! The wait time was low, and the area has a nice relaxing vibe wile I waited for the food. The ladies were super nice and funny! The tacos were excellent, the eggs were cooked correctly and overall the experience has been amazing! This is my new go to place, and I can’t wait to try everything else on the menu. Also I would have had pictures if I didn’t eat my food so quickly!

The Breakfast Tacos are so good. Everything is very fresh & the homemade tortillas are amazing. I get my Tacos on the way to work so I always get tacos from the Breakfast Menu but one day Martha had the Carne Guisada ready so I was able to get a Carne Guisada Taco and it was delicious!! The meat was so tender & spiced just right. My husband loves her homemade green sauce. I like to mix the green sauce & red sauce together...soooo good! Martha & her staff are so sweet it just starts your day off right when you visit her first thing in the morning!

The tacos aren't the only thing at this inviting, locally owned/operated food trailer that you should stop in for. The smiling faces and great service coming out of the windows of the trailer transcend the idea this is "Just another food truck.". Tucked under the giant pecan trees and next door to Smooth Village in Leander you will find yourself smiling at the venue and flavor of the tacos. The home made tortillas are light and fluffy and have a traditional flavor to them that can not be recreated without expert knowledge of how to make them. The tacos are bursting with fresh ingredients. Add the green sauce to them and let the spice kick in. I promise that your day will be enlightened if you start your day with one (or two) of their breakfast tacos. In a hurry? You can even text your order in and they will have it hot and ready to go for you when you arrive. My favorite is the chorizo, potato and egg with green sauce. Give them a try!
