Taco Bell employees are purity racist as they always purposely mistake order with meat when vegetarians order placed. When called back after opening box, the lady over phone denied stating it wouldn’t be meat even though we repeatedly mentioned that it is chicken in burrito. She rudely asked to bring it back to verify!!! What a ridiculous customer service. We need to prove that they did prepare wrong order by driving 8 miles ?? They should stop making any vegetarian menu of discriminating Asian customers. It happened 5-6 times to we have no choice but to Stop getting Taco Bell
They always get my orders wrong. I asked for a chalupa box and they just gave me one taco. Bad service
Absolutely disappointed at the customer service here. Stood inside the lobby waiting for my order to be taken for quite some time, there was a line at the drive-through, which was why I decided to go inside and eat. But I was not even acknowledged. One employee looked at me attempted to start walking toward me slowly and then turned and cut toward the drive-through window where there was a group of employees standing to 10 to the drive-through customers. I understand your drive through might be busy, but your customers inside matter as well. They are still paying two. Ended up leaving without any food.
