McDonald's

I came through the drive-through at 1:45 PM today and ordered a number one combo meal and a Mcchicken. I grabbed my food from the drive-through and immediately parked in there parking lot so I can prepare to eat my food on the go. As I was getting ready to eat it, I discovered that everything was pretty cold, like it was not made fresh at all. The food was cold, and the fries and the Mcchicken were kinda rubbery. I was very disappointed, I didn’t even eat it, I ended up having to throw it away and I couldn’t really come back through the drive-through to get a replacement I was already driving towards my destinations and on the road, I was already late. I was super disappointed.

Three occurrences have been poor. 1. I ordered in the store through the kiosk and sat down with my number, proceeded to wait 25+ minutes just to find out that they had my food sitting on the counter, they didn’t look for my table card number or call my order number either. 2. I did a grub hub order through this establishment, I placed it at 9:15 AM for breakfast, then i had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for my breakfast, which i then got a call from my driver that they were out of breakfast, even though i ordered at 9:15, and my hungry a** was not happy at all. 3. in the same day just minutes ago my dad ordered a filet o fish and a mcdouble, they then gave him two cheeseburgers instead, idk what’s happening at this mcdonald’s, but it ain’t good.

Never get rid of hot n spicy McChickens please. Also bring back the snack wrap!
