Taco Bell

I would give this zero stars if I could. Worse Customer service Ever! unprofessional, rude, and confrontational. "Manager" threatened to call the policy because I asked for a copy of the recipient. When he handed me a copy that was unreadable I asked for the order number, cashier said he didn't have that information. When I asked for a mgr, he claimed he was the mgr. and then I asked him for the information on the receipt so I could do the online survey. Then he threatened to call the police,and slammed the drive through window on my face! I will Never go here again. Terrible customer service!

To get straight to the point; the manager working at 5:50pm today (August 14, 2022) is giving the restaurant a bad name. I ordered a few items earlier today at 5:07pm. When I got home, I realized that there were a few mistakes on the order. One item was missing and two of the tacos I ordered had meat instead of the beans I requested. I returned to the Taco Bell at 5:50pm with my receipt and the two tacos that had meat. I explained to the manager what had happened and I was immediately responded with discourtesy. Strange because I was being mannerly the whole time. The manager impolitely explained that I could exchange the items with meat but would not be able to get the missing item because he was not on shift at the time of the original order. To make this long story short, after going back and fourth about the $4 item, I ended up not getting anything and leaving dissatisfied with the service. I hate dealing with rude people. I later called to get the managers name to leave a complain

Unfortunately, when I went the twisty fries were cold and tasted like old grease. The ladies at the drive through window provided good service. The food flavor was not good.
