Walked in to get some donuts was looking at the donuts someone said I can help you down by the drive through I told them I'd like to get some donuts and no one bothered to come down to where the donuts are at so I could select the ones I wanted so I left if they could stop socializing while they have customers I would not have left said crew not prepared to handle customers who want to see what they are buying.

Please for Gods sake just close this location. The people working here are a complete embarrassment for the human kind. Not only are they rude but are always out of everything, and I understand shortage happens, but seriously every day? But I’m glad I went through this experience, that makes me realize you can’t compare the quality and good service offered by Starbucks for DD, specially this one where employees are just ratchet and don’t have an ounce of customer service in them

When you send a container of hot chocolate with Uber Eats (which already asked for utensils etc) and not sending cups with it; what exactly what’s going on in your mind?
