Taco Bell

Eh not the best... I mean I know I shouldn't expect a gourmet meal but when you order two crunch wraps with EXTRA beef and they don't. Then order just a chicken quesadilla.... Received a cheese quesadilla ???? c'mon. Well hope we have better luck next time ???? lady in the drive thru is super sweet though !

No one goes to Taco Bell for a gourmet dining experience, but they do expect their food to come out quickly considering it's in the "fast food" category. Because the drive thru was so backed up, and the long wait I experienced the last time I was here, I thought the dining room would be quicker. I was wrong. I waited over 20 MINUTES for a couple cheese rollups and cheese quesedillia!!! This location is straight up awful. When my food was finally ready, the employee threw my food on the counter, no apology for the wait, no thanks for coming, just threw the bag and walked away. This franchisee should be ashamed. I realize it's difficult to find help in this environment, but this was unacceptable.

Normally when I eat at Taco Bell I'm prepared to settle for mediocrity but the staff at this location were on their A-game! Ordered ahead on the mobile app and food was ready when I arrived. Not only was everything correct but it was hot and fresh too! My grilled chicken burrito was actually grilled, something that most locations never seem to do even though that's how it's supposed to come out. The lobby was steadily busy and everyone else seemed like they were getting their food in a timely manner. Even during the rush employees found time to clean the lobby and tables. I wish more Taco Bells were like this one.
