Cheeseburgers - Omaha - A Take-Out Joint

The food is great, BUT this place instantly cooks everything and lets your food sit idle getting soggy on a warmer. Also, you will pay for dipping sauce, and be lucky to get it half the time you order it. I only recommend this place if you’re eating inside. I used to eat here very often and I stopped doing it due to the errors in my food, and orders via takeout. Today will be the last day I order here because it was literally the 6th time I paid for something and didn’t get it, and the same employees mess things up every time. Whomever owns this place needs to hire new folks and set higher standards. You lost a big regular customer today.

I took the time to visit their Blackstone location (midweek evening) this week and found the crew helpful, happy, and busy! The grill was packed but they took our order & served our beverages while we waited. I got their new "Jerry-aki" dog - great choice for me. •Sauteed mushrooms, Onions, & green peppers • House made TERIYAKI (should be Jerry-aki)! sauce •Swiss cheese • Sesame seeds All pleasingly placed in my perfectly toasted bun; those toppings held close inside the bun by the Swiss cheese and the right squeeze - yummy! I skipped their fries and sides, opting to walk off a few of the calories I thoroughly enjoyed. While dining in is available, it appeared most of the clients opted for ordering on line and self service pickup (times & days probably slide the numbers I witnessed). THANKS CBO Team!

The food is pretty good, but not fantastic. The biggest problem, though, was the surprise 5% takeout fee that was added on top without any notice. In my opinion, this is a shady thing to do without ensuring that customers are aware of it.
