El Alambre Mexican Restaurant

This is a great little neighborhood taco shop. They have a wide selection of meat choices for tacos and a few unique items that I would like to come back and try. The tacos here are authentic style street tacos with two soft corn tortillas and they come with a little guac sauce on top. They're a little small but they have great flavor and go for about 2.60 each, a little cheaper on Tuesdays. The red sauce is actually less spicy then the green and has a really nice flavor. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. It's counter-serve and would make an excellent lunch spot.

Friendly staff and good service. Ordered two chicken and one steak tacos. The tacos came with avocado on top. Tacos were very yummy although wish I had one more than i ordered as they tasted really good. I also ordered a churro. It was very tasty as well. Would recommend to visit when in Omaha.

Stopped in for the first time tonight and it will not be the last. Oh my god, the flavor was amazing!! I got the alambre and honestly, I have not had anything this good in a Mexican restaurant in Omaha. I can't wait to try the whole menu.
