Taco Bell

Long wait in drive thru. I was 5 times if I wanted a lot of sauce apparently each time she asked a handful of sauce must have been put in the bag. Yet had 3 drinks and 2 straws. Not a fan of the food I hadn't had before. Chips always taste stall.

I’m so annoyed at the moment. I got the cravings box after a very long day at work. Got home to eat and found the bag of nacho chips to be mostly empty. I thought the chips spilled in the bag with how few there were but no, they served me a bag with maybe 4 chips in it. Also a Chalupa is suppose to come in a fried shell, a Gordita comes in a un-fried shell. They do not even offer Gorditas anymore so I am confused as to why that’s what I received. Like you can see the shell is fried in the photos on the menu and yet this is a consistent mistake made. I remember why I stopped eating at Taco Bell now. I also just realized they gave me a beef chalupa instead of a steak one. Steak is the base protein for this item in this combo and they messed that up as well.

google says they close at 2AM. placed an online order for pickup around 11:40PM and arrived around 11:50PM. Got up to the window around midnight. (Line was wrapped around building, we didnt mind waiting.) Once getting to the window, they claimed they were closed and unable to fill my online order. google and their window state their hours of operations and BOTH state drive thru closes at 2AM. not sure why they want to be lazy and close early.
