Very bad customer service . I have ordered online as a curbside pickup, and after waiting a long time on my spot, someone came from the back of the glass, pointing her finger to go wait in the drive-through line . Why do you even have curbside pick up ? And why did you let me wait all that long, then wait again on drive through . At least be polite and come talk to me . Not pointing from behind the glass . So rude

This is the McDonald's you want if you like their iced coffee like I do. Others in the area may leave out the liquid sugar or put too much creamer in but I rarely have an issue with that here. It just tastes like it's supposed to taste because they make it correctly. I only get really small single-person orders and haven't had any issues with orders getting messed up in the last year or so I've been coming here. Staff has been friendly and they get people through the drive-thru quickly. Curbside service is also very fast here and recommended if there's a long drive-thru line. I had a recent iced coffee order in which they were out of liquid sugar. The person at the window was up-front about it and didn't try to give me an iced coffee made with no sugar or granulated sugar (which doesn't mix in iced coffee). A refund was offered and was processed quickly. This has only happened once out of hundreds of orders I've placed here and I believe it was handled about as well as can be expected.

Made an order for curbside and instead of canceling it or bring it out, I had to wait 30 minutes a d then go thru the drive just to be handed cold food and a watered down drink. So 40 minutes and money wasted just to be told it comes like that by the ignorant cashier at the drive thru window. … More
