A&W Restaurant

Arrived at 1:59 PM and ordered two burgers with fries and a two piece chicken basket with fries to go. It was 2:30 PM when we walked out with food we had to bag ourselves. They forgot our drink cups and a box of crumbs I paid for but didn't want to wait another thirty minutes to get. The place was packed with people who had been there for an hour and a half waiting for food. The seats were torn, and people in the drive-thru were moving faster. They had to come out and speak to customers and ask which ticket was theirs. The employees kept yelling at each other. People were walking out asking for refunds. At all costs avoid this location. The only decent thing about our visit was the food was good.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Cashier was on her phone while taking our order. I told her we will wait for you to get off your phone. Order was wrong. 2 x. Customer after us got wrong order also. Cashier was in bathroom on her phone while customers waiting. NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN. One star is to much for that restaurant.

Went in, ordered 2 meals. Waited over 30 mins and had to tell the guy behind the counter twice what I'd ordered before finally giving up and walking out . $18 wasted, as I never saw my food. Floors were sticky, tables were sticky. Water all over the floor by the fountain drink area. Water all over the floor behind the counter. Stay away from this place. Poor service and more than likely a health hazard.
