Took my order and my money in the app, store had no idea about it even though I had an order number. Then they tell me I will have to order again and pay again. This taco bell is absolutely terrible. I ordered through doordash two burritos with no onions and it came wrong. So I called to see if they could remake them for me, but was hung up on. Then I drove to the store to ask if they could be remade and was told no because it would affect his costs. Absolutely terrible customer service from the manager Anthony!
When we first ordered the food was good, the we came back at 11:45 pm and got to the box it was 11:50 and the guy said they were closed. They closed 10 min early.
