Through a packed drive thru. Was given the wrong order. Walked up to the window, bag in hand. Was told to go BACK through the drive thru, by now 10 cars deep. Tried to explain the situation again. Was told they would call the police if I didn't get back to the drive through....
Most disappointing order I’ve ever gotten from this place. Ordered food only for them to substitute basically every single thing and not inform me. My food was gross. I get you run out of supplies for a shift because I’ve worked in the food industry but this was just lazy customer service. My receipt says Adriana was my cashier, Adriana was laughing while taking my order so that should’ve been my sign.
This is the most comically inefficient, rube, ignorant crew of employees I’ve ever seen. 20 minutes to get through the drive thru and your order is STILL wrong. This place is an absolute joke and chokes every time someone dares to order more than 1 item.
