I actually love this Taco Bell. They always get my order right and they're always nice. Only thing I don't recommend is the Cinnabon iced coffee. It was weak and gross.
This has got to be the most poorly ran/managed Taco Bell around! First off, nothing is ever all the way working, whether it’s computers, certain cookers for stuff off their menu, or even some of their hot item drinks. Secondly, how do you run out of beef? You’re a taco place. Third, they lost their customer service skills. They used to be so friendly in there but lately it’s nothing but attitude especially their cashier in the drive thru. Do better Taco Bell!
Sauces were all crammed in the container. There was clearly a packet that had busted lumping a bunch stuck together. I was really appalled at the way the sauce bens looked. They put the tacos on top of the Mexican pizza. Really so all the toppings can stick to the top of the box? It was very clear that the nice lady Barbara wasn't at work.
