They made my order wrong. When I went to return it, the person behind the counter recognized it was wrong and threw the bad stuff away and said it would be remade. 15 minutes pass and the manager asks me for a receipt (which I never got) and then told me I couldn't have my food remade or get my money back without it. Avoid this dump like the plague.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. The first time I went, they gave us a completely different order than what I originally ordered. And the second time I visited this location, the guy was very rude over the intercom but when we got to the window he almost gave me the wrong order again, and when I asked for a receipt to make sure they charged me correctly, apparently the receipt machine wasn’t working. How do you run an establishment that doesn’t provide any kind of receipts. This is outrageous.
Order has been wrong going through drive thu. Missing items. Drive back and get no apologies from guy at window. Zero people skills. Unfriendly and smarmy is not a way you want to project to the public.
