Sonic Drive-In

I am generally a big fan of Sonic, and will admit that I was more than a little excited when I found that there was one near my house, but this location has a long way to go in the customer service department. I do not think that the microphones are working properly in their order stations as I usually have to yell my order, and they don’t seem to understand what a ‘plain’ sandwich is. Waited forever in the drive through just to get attitude from the worker, who eventually just stopped replying to me so I pulled away. The service is awful, but the food is generally pretty good. I will probably go back in the future, but also acknowledge that I have chosen to go other places recently just to avoid having to interact with their staff.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! My husband ordered food through the drive thru, I tried calling them no answer , was already at home, I will insert a picture this looks absolutely horrible my sandwich looks like it’s been sitting for 5 hours, and I said no tomatoes as well, so now it looks like I’ll be calling in the morning to talk to manager cause this upset it,

I'm giving up on Sonic. The first time I ate there it was great! A juicy burger, and good fries. The next five were not so good, but I kept trying because of that first experience. This time the grilled cheese burger was dry and tasteless. The tator tots with cheese you would expect a cheese sauce, but it was just a slice of cheese melted on top, and mut have been done in the microwave, because they were completely soggy. And to top it off, the location I went to the app wasn't working, so I didn't get the half off price on the slushy. I will not be going again.
