The fulfilled my online order even though I didn't pick it up. Not sure who ate my food but they claimed they could not make any adjustments on their end and I would need to go through the app but I have no options through the app either. Ended up having to dispute this charge with my bank.
The hell I did. I parked in between this joke and an authentic Mexican restaurant for the best carne asada tostada on the east side. Taco Bell. They have some nerve calling that slop Mexican, and serving it so close to the real thing.... .
If I could give no stars I would the lady in drive through couldn’t communicate not because of the system but because she speaks broken English my wife is Mexican so she went slow and worked with her . The drive through lady got mad at my wife because she could not tell us an order we wanted was only In the app . When she handed the food she shoved it into my hands . I wasn’t gonna report online till I pull my tacos out and they were all in the bottom of the bag out of the rapper all let us and cheese over the bottom of the bag . So I call and the lady who answered was very nice and spoke clearly I asked for a manager and guess what it was the rude drive through . I ask if she worked drive through when I came through she just kept saying ok over and over I need corporate to reach out to me I had my kids in the car and your company showed them how rude Taco Bell really can be over nothing that a manager shouldn’t be able to handle don’t get mad it’s food I get it I worked fast food for
